Sport Season Pass Order Form 

Sport Passes allow you access to all Calvin Christian HOME athletic events EXCEPT tournaments or post season events.  All Calvin Christian students in grades 6th-12th get in free to all home events with their school ID. The following sports passes are available to purchase in the Athletic Office: 

$125 Family Pass (2 Adults & all children ages 22 and under in the same household.)

$50 Single Pass

Purchasing Information:  The passes can be purchased and picked up in the Athletic Office.  (Please make checks payable to CCHS.)  If you send your pass order by mail, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope and we will mail your passes.
