Winter sports are right around the corner.  Remember that each athlete needs to have their yellow card in order to try-out.  In order to get your yellow card from the Athletic Office you must:

• Be enrolled in the 21-22 school year.
• Have a current medical examination form (dated after April 15, 2021) on file in the high school office. BE SURE ALL SIGNATURES/ALL SECTIONS ARE COMPLETED!
• The Pay to Participate fee of $95 is turned into the Athletic Office. (Checks payable to CCHS)

Girls' Basketball begins Nov. 8

Boys' Baskeball & Girls' and Boys' Bowling begins Nov. 15

Boys' Swim & Dive (Co-Op with Grandville) begins Nov. 22
